5 Minute Protein Bites

I first made these protein bars for my trip to Wedgemount Lake – and was I ever glad I did. Usually when I go for full day hikes, I tend to buy the pricy mainstream protein bars from the grocery store. They are full of fructose and shit. I asked myself before I left for this trip “Why would I spend almost 4 bucks on something I could make for more than half that price?” So I did! Ladies and Gentleman I present to you my vegan, raw, gluten free protein bites! I swear, they take 5 minutes to put together. Try them out and let me know what you think!
